What I Stand For

What I Stand For

I stand for humanity, progress and problems. For counting every second and living life to its fullest. I stand for the audacious ones who believe things can be better, and through blood, toil, tears and sweat will it to be.
I want to reach humanity's full potential and understand reality. Progress is the answer. Progress is growing physical transformations we can do. I argue for universal progress. Philosophical, technological, artistic and political.
Progress is made in two steps: creating knowledge and leveraging it. One that masters both is unstoppable.
The only true constraints are laws of physics. If something is allowed by them, the only question is: How? Knowledge is the answer.
Knowledge grows through guesses and criticisms. Thus: Problems are inevitable.
With the right knowledge one can bend the universe to their will. Thus: Problems are soluble.
The other name for a problem-free state is death. Thus: Problems are desirable.
What would it take for progress to occur? For man to ascent? For infinity to begin?
Only a bold guess that things could be better, and a relentless perseverance to make it so, fueled by blood, toil, tears and sweat; all while staring straight into the deadliest beast of all — parochial social misconceptions, and fighting, fighting back; for the only sustainable way to live is to progress.
